The purpose of this course is to get you started with implicit motor learning. First we discuss what implicit learning is. In the next steps of the course we provide you with all the information to develop an exercise program with implicit learning. Facts & Figures: Target audience: (sport)physiotherapists. Level: post-graduate. Duration: ca. 15 hours, time planned independently. Goal: enhance knowledge and skills regarding implicit motor learning for ACL reconstructed patients. Coaching: this course contains personal written coaching based on case study.

Besides all the information in the episode you will also be able to test your newly acquired knowledge in the form of a quiz.

Now that you know the differences between explicit and implicit instructions, try to organise your currently frequently used instructions into these two categories. What do you mostly use? Can you try to change some of the explicit instructions and convert them to implicit instructions?
